Mohsin Naqvi inspects Islamabad’s under-construction police stations

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi inspects Islamabad police stations, urging modern facilities, timely construction, and people-friendly policing for all citizens.

Islamabad – (Web Desk) – Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited both newly constructed and ongoing police station projects in Islamabad. During his tour, he inspected the Kohsar Police Station, the under-construction Women Police Station in G-6, and the Coral Police Station, which is still being built.

At Kohsar Police Station, the minister reviewed the modern facilities available in the new building. He toured the front desk and other sections, emphasizing the importance of providing additional amenities for visitors. Mohsin Naqvi also directed those public facilities in all newly constructed police stations be further enhanced, aiming to support modern, citizen-friendly policing.

Mohsin Naqvi ordered early completion of construction of Women Police Station in G-6 Sector of the federal capital.

Provision of necessary resources in this regard will be ensured on priority basis, Mohsin Naqvi said.

Mohsin Naqvi gave deadline to complete the new building of the Koral police station in two months.

To make the policing system people-friendly, new police stations equipped with modern technology are being established, Mohsin Naqvi said.

Mohsin Naqvi said the policing system of Islamabad will be made in line with world standards through the use of modern infrastructure and technology.
