Minister praises FBR for record-breaking tax collection achievement nationwide

Islamabad – (Special Correspondent / Web Desk) – Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, has praised the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) field units for achieving record tax collection in December.

Addressing FBR teams and field formations via video link from Islamabad on Friday, Senator Aurangzeb highlighted that the board collected Rs 1,427.1 billion last month, reaching 99 percent of its Rs 1,446 billion target.
