In the modern era, due to the mobile and other electronic devices, where life has become easier but there has been an enormous increase in eye diseases, especially in children, eye diseases are more common, considering these problems, Rawalpindi press club was organized a one-day free eye camp for journalists and their families in collaboration with Al-Qadir Eye Hospital, which works for the awareness and treatment of eye diseases, in which an eye specialist. The patients were examined under the supervision of competent doctors, along with free medicines and glasses were also provided at discounted rates, while the patients who needed an operation were referred to the hospital where they will be operated free of charge. Dr. Sohail Ahmed, Dr. Muhammad Siddique, Dr. Sidra Shaheen, technical staff Waqas Ahmed & Umeer Ahmed were also present on this occasion, while Shakila Jalil, in-charge of Rawalpindi Press Club, reviewed the provision of facilities in the camp and the hospital.
