ISLAMABAD: Managing Director of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Amer Tufail, briefed the national media today at the company’s Regional Office in Islamabad regarding the implementation of the Prime Minister’s directives on new RLNG (Re-gasified Liquefied Natural Gas) connections.

During the media interaction, the MD addressed a range of questions from journalists, assuring them that the process of issuing new RLNG-based gas connections would be handled with complete transparency and strictly in line with government policies.

Highlighting the company’s commitment to consumer service, Mr. Tufail emphasized that SNGPL is fully aligned with national energy strategies and is taking all necessary steps to meet the growing demand while ensuring fair and efficient service delivery.

Earlier in the day, the MD visited the Customer Services Center in Islamabad to personally review the provision of services related to RLNG connections. He engaged directly with walk-in consumers, asking about their satisfaction levels and overall experience.

Expressing satisfaction with the performance of the regional team, Mr. Tufail appreciated the efforts made to facilitate consumers and noted the allocation of additional resources to improve efficiency. He commended the regional management for maintaining high service standards and ensuring a smooth rollout of RLNG services.

The briefing and field visit come as part of SNGPL’s ongoing efforts to enhance customer service and implement government policies effectively across its operational areas.
