MCI Holds Performance Review Meeting to Address PM Portal Complaints

ISLAMABAD, The Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI) held a performance review meeting on Wednesday to address complaints received through the Prime Minister’s Performance Delivery Unit (PMDU).
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Director General Administration and Human Resources Chaudhry Kamran Bakht on the instructions of MCI Administrator Irfan Nawaz Memon.
Kamran Bakht directed all the sub-formations to dispose of the more than 100 pending complaints of the Directorate for Health Services on top priority. He also appreciated the complaint disposal of Municipal Administration, CARE 1122, Sports and Culture, Revenue, and Disaster Management.
The Director of Disaster Management and Care 1122 sought approval as soon as possible for the recruitment of staff to vacant positions in the emergency formations. Kamran Bakht asked for all the details and assured that the matter would be considered on priority.
The meeting also discussed the progress on other PMDU initiatives, such as the Clean and Green Islamabad campaign and the digitization of services.
Kamran Bakht said that the MCI was committed to providing quality public services to the citizens of Islamabad and that the PMDU complaints were a valuable tool for improving performance.
He urged all the formations to work together to resolve the complaints as soon as possible and to ensure that the citizens of Islamabad are satisfied with the services they receive.
