May 9 Attack Case: 18 PTI leaders Declared Proclaimed Offenders
Notices have also been issued to the guarantors of the accused.
Rawalpindi: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has declared 18 absent suspects of the PTI as proclaimed offenders in the May 9 attack on GHQ case.
Those declared proclaimed offenders by the ATC include Shibli Faraz, Umar Ayub, Kanwal Shauzab, Sheikh Rashid Shafique, and Zartaj Gul.
In addition, Mehr Javed, Muhammad Ahmed Chatha, Rai Hasan Nawaz, Bilal Ijaz, Murtaza Khan, Ashraf Sohna, Chaudhry Asif, Shakeel Niazi, Muhammad Ansar Iqbal, Haider Mehmood, Shahir Sikandar, and Hamza Latif were also declared proclaimed offenders.
The court has ordered the seizure of all immovable property of the accused and issued instructions to the relevant revenue officers of the districts concerned.

The court directed the revenue officers to confiscate the assets of the accused and stated that if the accused fail to surrender before the court within the specified time, their properties will be auctioned. Notices have also been issued to the guarantors of the accused.
