ISLAMABAD: Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane recently shared heartfelt moments from a Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital fundraiser held in Birmingham, where she made a meaningful fashion statement by wearing her mother’s cherished outfit.

Taking to Instagram, the Jafaa actress reflected on the spirit of generosity and togetherness that defined the evening. In her post, Mawra expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support shown by attendees, highlighting how the fundraiser exceeded its target due to contributions from regular donors as well as children who encouraged adults to give.

“I wish everyone could witness the generosity of that room… it was beautiful. Alhumdulillah,” she wrote, adding her signature message of hope: “May we be more… May we do more InshaAllah.”

In a lighthearted note, Mawra also thanked her mother for the outfit, jokingly declaring it “stolen for life.”
