Major martyred as seven terrorists killed in DI Khan.

A brave officer gave his life leading a raid that stopped a terrorist group behind recent attacks on citizens.

DI – (Special Correspondent / Web Desk) – Security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Dera Ismail Khan, killing seven terrorists from the Indian-backed proxy group Fitnat-ul-Khawarij, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Thursday.
According to the ISPR, the operation was initiated in response to confirmed intelligence about militants in the Daraban region of Dera Ismail Khan. In recent months, the terrorists have reportedly carried out a number of attacks on innocent citizens and security officers.
During the tough action, seven terrorists with Indian sponsorship were killed. The ISPR verified that they were members of the proscribed group Fitnat-ul-Khawarij, which has been responsible for multiple violent incidents in the region.

The security forces also recovered a cache of arms and ammunition from the slain terrorists, preventing potential future attacks in the area.

In the line of duty, Major Sibtain Haider, aged 30, embraced martyrdom during the fierce exchange of fire. He belonged to Quetta district and was leading the operation from the front.

The ISPR paid rich tribute to Major Sibtain’s bravery and sacrifice, acknowledging his unwavering commitment to protecting the nation.
