Lahore/Islamabad(Staff Reporter): Lahore High Court Clears PTI Leader Sanam Javed from Gujranwala Case, The Lahore High Court has discharged Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Sanam Javed from the Gujranwala case.
A two-member bench, headed by Justice Asjad Javed Ghural, heard Sanam Javed’s appeal against her physical remand in the Gujranwala case. Advocate Mian Ali Ashfaq represented her in court.
The court accepted the appeal and ordered Sanam Javed’s discharge from the Gujranwala case.

It is noteworthy that Sanam Javed had challenged the decision of the Anti-Terrorism Court Gujranwala regarding her physical remand in the Lahore High Court.

PTI spokesperson Rauf Hassan has alleged that the establishment plans to prevent PTI founder Imran Khan from being released.
Rauf Hassan claimed that Imran Khan wrote a letter regarding the NAB amendment case, expressing concerns that justice will not be served by the Chief Justice of Pakistan or the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court. He reiterated PTI’s call for these justices to recuse themselves from PTI cases.
In his letter, Imran Khan voiced his apprehensions, urging that the Chief Justice of Pakistan should not be involved in PTI’s cases. Rauf Hassan questioned whether Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Aamer Farooq would recuse themselves from these cases.

He alleged that pressure was exerted on a judge to withdraw from a pending case, emphasizing that Imran Khan remains steadfast in his principles and will not bow down. He called for the judiciary to deliver justice without succumbing to pressure, warning that Pakistan stands at the brink of disaster.
The PTI spokesperson further stated his willingness to face contempt of court charges to speak the truth before Justice Aamer Farooq. He mentioned that if the judges do not recuse themselves, PTI’s legal team will decide the next step
