Kyrgyzstan Prime Minister Arrives in Pakistan for SCO Summit

The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan arrived in Pakistan on Tuesday to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit.

The Kyrgyz premier’s plane touched down at PAF Base Nur Khan in Islamabad, where he was warmly received by Federal Minister of Petroleum, Musadik Malik.

The 23rd meeting of the Council of Heads of Government from SCO member states is set to commence today in the nation’s capital.

The 2024 SCO Summit will focus on strengthening cooperation between member countries and making key organizational decisions.

In honor of the summit, significant locations around Islamabad have been adorned with vibrant lights and Pakistani flags.

During the meeting, the leaders of SCO member nations will discuss crucial organizational matters aimed at enhancing collaboration and will also approve the organization’s budget for the upcoming year.
