Karachi Swelters Through Hottest Night of July

This new record surpasses previous highs, with the temperature reaching 31 degrees Celsius in both July 2021 and July 2022, according to meteorological data.

KARACHI: Last night, Karachi experienced its hottest night of July on record, with temperatures soaring significantly above average.

The Department of Meteorology reported that the city’s temperature was 4.1 degrees Celsius higher than the normal for this time of year, marking last night as the hottest of the month. The normal temperature for July typically hovers around 27.9 degrees Celsius, but last night the mercury did not dip below 32 degrees Celsius.
