Karachi School Management Faces Manslaughter Charges After Employee’s Tragic Death
Karachi – (Special Correspondent / Web Desk) – The management of a private school in Karachi has been booked on manslaughter charges after a young employee allegedly died by suicide, authorities confirmed on Wednesday.
According to the police report, the 25-year-old staff member reportedly jumped from the eighth floor of the school building on September 1. The FIR was registered at Brigade Police Station.
The victim’s brother, who filed the complaint, stated, “On September 1, my brother left home for work at 8:15 am. At 9:35 am, I received a call saying his health had worsened and he was being shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC).”

He added that upon reaching the hospital, school staff informed him that his brother had fallen from the eighth floor at around 8:45 am. Unfortunately, when he entered the emergency room, he found his brother had already passed away.
Later, it was revealed that the victim had posted a message on social media before his death, naming three individuals who allegedly “mentally tortured” him. The complainant claimed that his brother ended his life due to extreme mental pressure and requested legal action against the people mentioned in the post.
Police have registered a case under Sections 34 (common intention) and 322 (manslaughter) of the Pakistan Penal Code against the accused individuals.
