KARACHI: (Web Desk) – Anmol alias Pinky, a woman accused in multiple narcotics cases in Karachi, was produced before a Special Magistrate (South) on Saturday after completing a three-day physical remand, where she maintained her innocence and claimed she had been falsely implicated.
During the hearing, the accused also alleged that she was subjected to torture while in custody. Her face was reportedly covered with a cloth when she was brought into court, while investigation officers from Darakhshan Police Station and Gizri Police Station sought further physical remand in several drug-related cases registered between 2021 and 2025.

Police officials stated that multiple FIRs had been lodged against the suspect over the years, with additional cases pending investigation in different jurisdictions of Karachi.
Meanwhile, a separate investigative report surfaced containing serious allegations linked to the accused, including claims of bribery, protection of an alleged narcotics network, and connections involving individuals from law enforcement, legal circles, and other sectors. The report, cited by local media, has not been independently verified by authorities.
According to the document, various officials were allegedly accused of receiving large sums in exchange for facilitating the network and securing releases after arrests. It also claims that millions of rupees were exchanged in alleged bribes involving different parties over time.
The report further alleges that the network may have involved a wide range of individuals across professional fields, including references to figures in politics and showbiz, though none of these claims have been formally proven or confirmed by investigative agencies.
It also raises allegations of misuse of legal offices for storing narcotics and suggests possible links between suspects and certain law enforcement personnel. Authorities have not issued a detailed public response to these specific claims at this stage.
