Israel Reports Injury of Iran Leader Mojtaba Khamenei
ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – Reports from Israeli officials claim that Mojtaba Khamenei, who was recently named Iran’s Supreme Leader, may have been slightly injured during an Israeli strike in recent days.
According to the claim, intelligence sources suggested that Mojtaba Khamenei sustained minor injuries to his legs during the attack. However, Iranian authorities have strongly denied the reports.

Iranian government adviser Yousef Pezzekian stated that Mojtaba Khamenei is completely safe and unharmed, dismissing the reports circulating in international media.
Meanwhile, Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting described Mojtaba Khamenei as a “wounded fighter of the Ramadan war,” though officials did not confirm any serious injuries.
The conflicting statements from Israeli and Iranian sources highlight the ongoing information battle amid escalating tensions between Israel and Iran.
