Islamabad police temporarily halts LTV, HTV driving tests

Islamabad traffic police temporarily halt commercial driving licence tests

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has announced a temporary suspension of practical driving tests for Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV), Light Transport Vehicle (LTV), and Public Service Vehicle (PSV) licences at the Police Lines Headquarters in H‑11, Islamabad, due to administrative reasons.

This week, individuals scheduled for commercial driving tests will experience delays as testing services at the centre remain unavailable. Applicants are encouraged to use the ITP’s DLIMS online portal for information on licence applications, appointment scheduling, and tracking the status of their licences.
