Islamabad Police Cancels All Leaves Amid Law and Order Concerns
The directive further states that all previously sanctioned leaves stand cancelled immediately
Islamabad: The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad has cancelled all leaves of officers and officials of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police with immediate effect due to the prevailing law and order situation.
According to an official order issued by the IGP Office, no leave will be granted to any officer or official until further notice, except in cases of genuine emergency duly approved by the competent authority.

The directive further states that all previously sanctioned leaves stand cancelled immediately, and all concerned officers and officials have been directed to report back to their respective divisions or units without delay.
The order was issued with the approval of the Inspector General of Police, Islamabad, and circulated to all DIGs, AIGs, SSPs, and relevant police officials for strict compliance.
