Islamabad High Court to hear PTI £190m case petition tomorrow

Islamabad High Court to hear Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi plea seeking sentence suspension in £190 million case tomorrow morning session.

Islamabad – (Web Desk) – The Islamabad High Court has scheduled a hearing on a miscellaneous review petition filed by Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, in which they have requested the suspension of their sentences in the £190 million case.

The case will be heard tomorrow (Thursday) by a two-member bench headed by Acting Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan.

Islamabad High Court Registrar Office has approved the application and fixed it for hearing on Wednesday.

PTI Founder’s miscellaneous plea was filed for early hearing on medical grounds. However, the main review petition case was not fixed yet. The last hearing on suspension pleas was held on September 26, 2025.
