According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the central committee will assemble after Asr prayers around 5:30 pm on the rooftop of the Kohsar Block in Islamabad. The announcement follows Saudi Arabia’s Supreme Court confirmation that the Shawwal moon was not sighted anywhere in the kingdom, ensuring Ramadan completes 30 days and Eid will be observed on Friday.

Any verified sighting reports from across Pakistan will be relayed to the committee for a final declaration.
