DPM Ishaq Dar Holds Call With Saudi FM On Middle East Situation

ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – Ishaq Dar, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, held a telephone conversation with Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia, to discuss the latest developments in the Middle East and the broader regional situation.

During the discussion, both leaders exchanged views on the ongoing deliberations taking place at the United Nations Security Council regarding the evolving security and political situation in the region.

Dar shared Pakistan’s perspective on the matter and highlighted the importance of maintaining close diplomatic coordination. He stressed that continued engagement among countries is essential to help ease tensions and encourage peaceful solutions.

The two sides also agreed on the need for sustained diplomatic efforts to support de-escalation and ensure long-term peace and stability across the Middle East and beyond.
