Iranian Ambassador Meets Federal Minister Abdul Aleem Khan; Fateha Offered for Martyrs

ISLAMABAD: Ambassador of Iran to Pakistan, H.E. Reza Amiri Moghaddam, called on Federal Minister for Communications and President of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party, Abdul Aleem Khan, in Islamabad to discuss matters of mutual interest and enhance bilateral cooperation.

During the meeting, Federal Minister Abdul Aleem Khan congratulated the Iranian envoy on Iran’s recent success in the war against Israel, describing it as a moment of pride for every Pakistani. He said the deep-rooted religious, cultural, and fraternal ties between Pakistan and Iran would continue to strengthen in the future, In Sha Allah.

The two leaders also offered Fateha for the martyrs who lost their lives in the conflict. Expressing his appreciation, Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghaddam thanked the Government and people of Pakistan for their unwavering support, including the solidarity shown by the Pakistani public and media. He noted that Iran had faced Zionist aggression with steadfastness and described the victory as one of the great blessings of Almighty Allah.

Both sides agreed that the war had revealed clear global alignments and exposed the true nature of countries like India and Israel. They expressed collective gratitude to Allah Almighty for the triumph and emphasized continued reliance on divine support in the future.

Abdul Aleem Khan also assured full Pakistani cooperation and proposed joint initiatives in the transport and infrastructure sectors. He reiterated that the Ministry of Communications stands ready to work with Iran to further develop regional connectivity and economic collaboration.
