Iran Denounces US and Israeli Attacks as Illegal Aggression
Tehran emphasized its resolve to defend the country “to the last soldier.”
Islamabad: (Web Desk) – The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Islamabad has condemned airstrikes carried out by the United States and Israel on Iranian territory, describing the attacks as a violation of international law and a direct assault on ongoing negotiations.
In an official statement, the embassy said that despite a period of goodwill and strict negotiations from the Iranian side, the US and Israeli regime attacked Iranian soil, “bombarding the negotiating table.” Tehran asserted that it will defend itself “to the last soldier.”
The aggression by US & Zionist regime violates UN Art 2/4. Responding is legal & legitimate right based on UN Art 51.

The statement further emphasized that the strikes constitute a clear breach of Article 2, Paragraph 4 of the United Nations Charter and represent armed aggression against Iran. Citing Article 51 of the UN Charter, Iran affirmed that responding to such aggression is its legal and legitimate right.
Iran’s armed forces pledged to employ all available resources and military capabilities to confront and repel what they described as a “criminal aggression” by the enemy.
This escalation raises tensions in the region and complicates ongoing diplomatic efforts concerning Iran’s strategic and nuclear policies.
