Iran Strikes Dimona Nuclear Site After Israeli Attack on Natanz
TEHAN: (Web Desk) – A sharp escalation between Iran and Israel unfolded as Iran launched a large-scale missile strike targeting a nuclear facility in Dimona, reportedly in retaliation for an earlier Israeli attack on the Natanz nuclear facility.
According to reports, the attack involved multiple missiles, including cluster-type munitions, hitting several locations across central and southern Israel. Casualties were reported, with multiple fatalities and over a hundred people injured, while dozens of buildings sustained damage. The southern city of Arad was also struck, where several people were wounded.
In response to the strikes, Israeli authorities shut down schools nationwide and placed emergency services on high alert, fearing further escalation. Since the conflict intensified, thousands of injuries have been reported across the country.

Earlier, Israeli forces had conducted air raids inside Iran, targeting sites linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, including missile production and storage facilities. Footage released by Israel showed strikes on ballistic missile installations in western Iran.
International reactions have begun to surface, with Russia condemning the attack on Natanz, while the International Atomic Energy Agency confirmed no abnormal radiation levels and urged restraint.
Amid the intensifying conflict, Iran claimed it had targeted an Israeli F-16 fighter jet, though Israeli officials said the aircraft was not damaged. Meanwhile, Iranian military officials stated that a new phase of operations had begun, signaling expanded missile capabilities and warning of continued strikes.
