iPhone SE 4 Rumored Specs and Features Leaked Ahead of Launch

48MP Rear Camera, 3,279mAh Battery, and IP68 Rating Rumored for Apple’s Budget Line

A full specs list for Apple’s upcoming iPhone SE 4 has reportedly leaked, detailing anticipated upgrades from RAM to display. The leak, shared by known source @Jukanlosreve, provides an early glimpse into what the next-generation SE might offer, though official details won’t be confirmed until Apple’s expected launch early next year.

iPhone SE 4 Specifications

According to the leaked specs, the iPhone SE 4 is set to include Apple’s A18 chip (the same processor found in the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus) paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. With similar RAM and chipset specifications as Apple’s latest flagships, the iPhone SE 4 will reportedly support all the AI capabilities expected to be introduced with Apple Intelligence.

Display-wise, the SE 4 is rumored to feature a 6.06-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2532 x 1170 pixels—a major improvement over the third-generation iPhone SE’s 4.7-inch LCD display. This redesign is likely to mean the iPhone SE 4 will follow Apple’s newer, home-button-free design, adopting Face ID and a more modern appearance. It will weigh approximately 165 grams, slightly more than the previous model’s 144 grams.

Other highlights include a single 48MP rear camera, a 12MP front camera, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, and a 3,279mAh battery—an upgrade from the 2,018mAh battery found in the current SE model.

iPhone SE 4 Pricing and Release

As per the source, the iPhone SE 4 is expected to launch at a starting price of $499, marking an increase from the SE 3’s $429 / £419 / AU$719 starting price. The phone’s release is projected for early 2025, with March as a tentative launch month according to the leak.
