ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has underscored the critical importance of maintaining stringent security measures for foreigners, particularly Chinese citizens, following a high-level meeting. The meeting, chaired by Minister Naqvi, reviewed existing protocols and discussed strategies to enhance security amidst ongoing national concerns.

Minister Naqvi directed the thorough implementation and continuous monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to foreign security, emphasizing proactive measures to thwart potential threats from anti-national elements. He stressed zero tolerance for any lapses in the security framework.

Key stakeholders, including Federal Secretary Interior Khurram Ali Agha and Coordinator National Action Plan Muhammad Tahir Rai, participated in the briefing, highlighting collaborative efforts to ensure robust security arrangements nationwide.
