inDrive Reports 57% Surge in Courier Partners in Pakistan, Highlights Growth in Flexible Earning Opportunities

Our courier services have become a lifeline for many small businesses,” said Awais Saeed

Islamabad — inDrive, the global mobility and urban services platform, has reported a 57% year-on-year increase in its active courier base across Pakistan in the first half of 2025. The surge underscores growing trust in the company’s peer-to-peer model and its continued push for fair, flexible earning options in a challenging economic environment.

With inDrive’s unique model, couriers have full control over their work — they can choose which delivery orders to accept, negotiate pricing, and plan routes that best fit their schedule. This flexibility, along with the company’s low commission rate, allows couriers to retain more of their income and work on their own terms.

“Our courier services have become a lifeline for many small businesses,” said Awais Saeed, Country Head of inDrive Pakistan. “By providing fast, accessible, and reliable delivery solutions, we’re helping microentrepreneurs expand their operations. At the same time, our platform gives couriers the chance to earn honestly, choose their work hours, and move towards their personal goals in an economy where part-time work opportunities are limited.”

According to company data, top-performing couriers earn up to PKR 65,000 per month through part-time work. On average, a courier completes five deliveries per day, or approximately 27 per week. The busiest delivery windows fall between 3 PM and 7 PM, coinciding with peak consumer demand. Currently, over 90% of inDrive’s deliveries in Pakistan are fulfilled by motorbike couriers, reflecting the mode’s efficiency in urban settings.

To further grow its courier network, inDrive is set to launch a new referral program this summer, enabling existing partners to invite friends using personalized links. Referrers will receive automatic cash rewards within 24 hours of their invitee reaching their delivery targets, with the amount credited directly to their inDrive wallets.

The company’s latest initiatives reflect its long-term commitment to empowering individuals and small businesses through accessible, fair, and flexible earning opportunities.
