Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, Engineer Amir Maqam, was the chief guest.
Maqam criticized India’s August 5, 2019, decision, calling it a “grave injustice” and urging the UN and Security Council to take immediate action.
