Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, Engineer Amir Maqam, was the chief guest.
Maqam criticized India’s August 5, 2019, decision, calling it a “grave injustice” and urging the UN and Security Council to take immediate action. He emphasized the need to end atrocities against Kashmiris and Palestinians, and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to providing political and diplomatic support to the Kashmiris.
