Islamabad(Staff Reporter);Former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan is all set to take another U-turn from his stance as he seems to have agreed to hold negotiations with his political rivals now in the pretext of acting upon the Supreme Court’s advice
In an important development, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has accepted the Supreme Court of Pakistan’s (SC) advice to engage in dialogue with all political parties, including the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP).
The apex court had urged Imran Khan to initiate talks with various political factions to address the country’s pressing issues.
Responding positively, the PTI founder has shown readiness to discuss with all political parties, aiming to foster political stability and address national challenges.
The former prime minister will be drafting a letter to the top court to communicate his commitment to this dialogue.
He will also issue necessary instructions to PTI’s political leadership regarding the content and approach of the letter. Key PTI leaders, along with Khan, have already begun drafting the letter’s essential points.
To further this initiative, the PTI has established a Legal Committee tasked with finalising the letter.
This committee will ensure that the letter accurately reflects the current political situation and outlines the challenges facing Pakistan. The committee’s meeting will be crucial in crafting a comprehensive and constructive document.

In an exclusive interview with PVT TV, he said that they eagerly await the day when Imran Khan will come to the Assembly, not only to lead the opposition but also to occupy the Prime Minister’s chair.
He mentioned that the party is awaiting the PTI founder’s letter, and once the dialogue starts, their priority will be to secure Imran Khan’s release first, followed by other political detainees.

The opposition leader alleged that the court was being held “hostage” and that the bail cancellation was unjustified. He expressed his determination to continue fighting for the rights of PTI leaders and workers, despite the challenges they face.
Recently, the Anti-Terrorism Court in Sargodha dismissed bail for several PTI leaders, including Omar Ayub, leading to attempted arrests by the police, which were prevented by workers’ presence.
