Imran Khan sons allowed visa free visit assured with Eid call access

Government says Imran Khan sons can visit Pakistan without visa issue

Federal Information Minister – (Web Desk) – Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said the sons of jailed former prime minister Imran Khan are welcome to visit Pakistan. He shared this after Jemima Goldsmith asked Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to help with visa delays.

Tarar responded on social media platform X. He said Imran Khan’s sons, Kasim and Sulaiman, do not need visas. They can travel using their National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis, also known as NICOP.\

He also said that, like in previous years, Imran Khan will be allowed to talk to his sons on the phone on Eid.

“Imran Khan’s children can come to Pakistan on NICOP and do not need Pakistani visas,” Tarar said, adding that they would be required to fully comply with Pakistani laws during their stay in the country.

His remarks came after Jemima Goldsmith, Khan’s former wife and the mother of his two sons, posted on social media about what she described as delays related to visa applications for the boys’ travel to Pakistan.
