Imran Khan & Bushra Bibi indicted in Toshakhana-II case
The Special Court Central One in Islamabad read out the charges against the couple and formally indicted them.
ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi have been formally indicted in the Toshakhana Case 2.
As per the details, the indictment took place during a hearing at Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi, on Thursday, where both the accused appeared before the court.
The Special Court Central One in Islamabad read out the charges against the couple and formally indicted them. The case, initially investigated by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), was later transferred to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) following amendments in NAB laws.

In September, after completing the necessary investigative procedures, the FIA submitted the charge sheet to the court for further proceedings. The case involves allegations related to the unlawful use of gifts from Toshakhana, the government’s gift repository.
