Imran Haider named as High Commissioner to Bangladesh

Ilyas Mahmood Nizami has been appointed as Pakistan's deputy ambassador to the US. 

ISLAMABAD: On the recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has appointed Imran Haider has new High Commissioner to Bangladesh.

Imran Haider is currently Pakistan’s ambassador to Myanmar.

Attiya Iqbal has been appointed as Pakistan’s new deputy ambassador to Qatar. Sources said Hasnain Yousuf has been made Pakistan’s charge d’affaires to Syria. Naeem Haider Cheema appointed as new Deputy High Commissioner to Canada, Roman Wazir as Pakistan’s new Deputy Ambassador to Germany. Fawzia Ahmed has been appointed as Deputy Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates.

The Prime Minister office has also appointed new consul generals in Kandahar, Afghanistan while Fayed Amjad has been appointed as consul general for Birmingham, UK.
