IHC reshuffles judges after summer break; Aafia case moved
A fresh judicial schedule moves high-profile cases and creates a dedicated team for tax matters.
Islamabad – (Special Correspondent / Web Desk) -The Islamabad High Court is back from its summer holidays with a fresh schedule for its judges. This new plan was given the green light by the head judge, Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar.
For the upcoming week, nine judges will handle cases on their own. Five teams of two judges will also work together. Two judges, Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan, will not be working alone for now. Their current cases have been moved to other judges. They will, however, work as a team on cases about tax laws.
