IHC Petition Demands Imran Khan Be Shifted to Hospital
Uzma Khan petitions Islamabad High Court seeking Imran Khan’s hospital transfer, medical tests, and access for doctors, family members, and lawyers.
PTI – (Web Desk) – Uzma Khan, the sister of PTI founder Imran Khan, has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) requesting that the court order authorities to shift him to a hospital for proper medical treatment.
In the application, the court has been asked to ensure that timely and accurate updates about Imran Khan’s health are provided. The petition also urges the court to arrange a medical examination for him by doctors of his own choice.
According to the request, the medical team should include Dr. Khurram Mirza, Dr. Asim Yousaf, Dr. Faisal Sultan, and Dr. Samina Niazi to assess his health condition.
Imran Khan’s sister pleaded that PTI founder should be given access during medical examination and treatment.
Uzma Khan demanded that Imran Khan should have his blood tests done and be shifted to Shifa International Hospital for treatment and during the treatment, doctors, family members and lawyers should be provided with continuous access to PTI founder.

It was also demanded that PTI founder’s complete medical reports, including blood tests, eye tests and diagnostic reports for the last three months, should be provided to the family.
