Islamabad-(Staff Reporter)-Chief Executive IESCO Muhammad Naeem Jan said that our all teams are giving their best to counter power Pilferers throughout the IESCO region during ongoing anti power theft Compaign.
While giving brief he said that during the current month of October 24 our detection teams Checked more than 49000 meters. 178 meters were found in direct supply of electricity and 7 meters were found tempard.
On account of power theft relevant customers charged fine approximately 10 million rupees and police also arrested 19 electricity thieves
IESCO chief briefed future that since September 23 IESCO charged fine approximately 305.1 million to 3557 power Pilferers and police arrested 2136 electricity thieves.
Muhammad Naeem Jan Showed commitment that with fully supports of Government of Pakistan Ministry of Energy and Law Enforcement agencies soon we will get rid of this national crime and will eliminate power theft from IESCO region.
