IESCO Chief Executive Conducts Surprise Visits to Improve Consumer Services

Islamabad (News Desk): Chief Executive Officer of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), Engineer Ch. Khalid Mahmood, carried out surprise visits to various Customer Facilitation Centers and Complaint Offices across the IESCO region. Accompanied by senior management officials, the CEO directly interacted with consumers, listened to their concerns, and personally reviewed the quality of services being provided.

During his visits, Engineer Khalid Mahmood emphasized IESCO’s firm commitment to delivering timely, transparent, and efficient services. “There will be no compromise when it comes to serving our valued consumers. Our goal is to build trust through consumer-friendly initiatives and accountability at all levels,” he stated.

He also praised the leadership of IESCO Chairman Dr. Tahir Masood and the Board of Directors, acknowledging their proactive and consumer-centric approach in guiding the company. “Their strategic vision has played a key role in improving IESCO’s operational efficiency and public engagement,” the CEO added.
