Houthi Drone Intercepted by Israeli Defense Forces Near Gaza-Egypt Border

SANA: The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have confirmed the successful interception of a drone launched by Houthi rebels from Yemen near the Gaza-Egypt border.

The aerial threat prompted sirens to sound in the southern Israeli town of Bnei Netzarim, warning residents of a possible incoming attack. The IDF responded swiftly, deploying air defense systems to neutralize the drone before it could reach its target.

According to the military, the drone was brought down without causing any casualties or property damage. Authorities stated that the situation is under control and that security forces remain on high alert amid ongoing regional tensions.
