Hot and Dry Weather Predicted Across Most Parts of Pakistan: PMD

In Sindh, hot and dry weather is expected to persist across the province.

Islamabad — The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast extremely hot and dry weather conditions over the next 24 hours for Islamabad and surrounding areas, as well as for most regions across the country.

According to the Met Office, most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will experience hot and dry weather, with intense heat expected in central and southern parts of the province during the daytime.

Punjab is also set to face similar conditions, with severe heat and dryness affecting most districts. Dust storms are likely in central and southern Punjab due to the extreme heat.

In Sindh, hot and dry weather is expected to persist across the province. However, coastal areas may experience strong, dusty winds in the afternoon.

Meanwhile, Balochistan will also remain hot and dry in most districts. There is a chance of rainfall in Zhob, Musakhel, and Barkhan after midday.

Authorities have advised residents to take precautions against the high temperatures, stay hydrated, and avoid unnecessary outdoor exposure during peak heat hours.
