Historic MOU Signed for Global Talent Development
The MOU seeks to revitalize the Masters and PhD qualification-based “industry-university joint degree program.
Seoul, Republic of Korea– In a landmark move to foster global talent and enhance local community development, Dong-A University, National University of Technology (NUTECH), National Radio & Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC) Pakistan, and STS Robotech Co. Ltd. (STS Precision Co. Ltd.) have signed a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
Endorsed by the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Seoul, this MOU aims to create a synergistic partnership among the four parties, focusing on nurturing global talent capable of contributing to local community development through mutual cooperation.
The MOU seeks to revitalize the Masters and PhD qualification-based “industry-university joint degree program.” This innovative initiative links higher education with employment opportunities for students from the respective programs. Under this agreement, NUTECH and NRTC will select and recommend Pakistani students to STS Robotech and Dong-A University. These students will participate in the jointly promoted Masters and PhD studies as part of the “industry-university joint degree program.”
Dong-A University and STS Robotech will jointly select personnel recommended by NUTECH and NRTC, ensuring that qualified candidates receive opportunities for advanced studies and employment. STS Robotech will actively employ personnel recommended by NUTECH and NRTC and will manage all necessary visa arrangements for their entry into the Republic of Korea. Dong-A University will facilitate the admission process for students recommended by NUTECH and NRTC.

As an overseas employment promoter organization, NUTECH will support the development of human resources in academics, research, and skill-based professional certification for overseas employment in the industry.
The MOU is set for a five-year term, with the possibility of extension upon mutual consent of all four parties. The agreement was officially signed by the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Seoul on behalf of NUTECH and NRTC, Pakistan.
