ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission has announced 500 scholarships for students from Bangladesh under the Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship Programme.
According to reports, 73 selected Bangladeshi students have already arrived in Pakistan to begin their academic journey under the scholarship scheme. The selected candidates will receive fully funded education at various leading universities across the country.

HEC Chairman Dr. Niaz Ahmad stated that the initiative is designed to enhance academic collaboration and strengthen people-to-people connections between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
He emphasized that the scholarship programme will play a significant role in promoting higher education, research cooperation, and skill development between the two nations. By investing in education, Pakistan aims to empower Bangladeshi youth and contribute to regional academic growth.
The initiative reflects Pakistan’s commitment to fostering stronger educational and cultural ties with Bangladesh through meaningful academic exchange.
