Hamas Leader Saeed Atallah Ali Killed in Israeli Airstrike on Lebanese Refugee Camp

A member of Hamas’ armed wing, the al-Qassam Brigades, Saeed Atallah Ali, was killed during an Israeli airstrike targeting a Palestinian refugee camp in Lebanon.

Hamas issued a statement mourning the loss of Saeed Atallah Ali and three of his family members, who also died in the attack on their home in the Dawi camp in Tripoli, northern Lebanon.

Reuters confirmed that three of Ali’s relatives were killed in the strike as well. Israel’s ongoing airstrikes in Lebanon have led to more than 2,000 casualties so far.
