Gold Prices Rise as Global Market Gains

KARACHI – Gold prices continued to rise in Pakistan on Tuesday, following a global price hike.
According to data from the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of per tola gold increased by Rs1,000, reaching Rs304,200. The price of 10-gram gold also saw a rise of Rs857, settling at Rs260,802.
The international gold market mirrored the trend, with per ounce gold gaining $10 to close at $2,910.
In contrast, silver prices remained stable, with per tola silver unchanged at Rs3,350 and the 10-gram price standing at Rs2,872.08.
The previous day, the price of 24-karat gold had surged by Rs1,700 per tola, reaching Rs303,200, while the per 10-gram price increased by Rs1,458 to Rs259,945.
