Four Indian-Backed Militants Killed in Security Forces Operation in Balochistan

Security forces recovered weapons and ammunition from the possession of the killed militants.

Rawalpindi: (Web Desk) – Security forces killed four Indian-backed militants during an operation in Balochistan’s Qalat district, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.

According to ISPR, the operation was conducted on the basis of intelligence reports regarding the presence of militants linked to the Indian proxy group known as Fitna-e-Hindustan.

A heavy exchange of fire took place during the operation, resulting in the killing of four Indian-sponsored militants. The slain militants were involved in several terrorist activities in the area.

Security forces recovered weapons and ammunition from the possession of the killed militants.

The ISPR spokesperson said that clearance and sanitization operations are ongoing in the area. The statement added that security forces remain determined to eliminate foreign-sponsored terrorism, and the counterterrorism campaign under Operation Azm-e-Istehkam will continue with full force.
