Former Punjab CM Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo Passes Away

Lahore: Former Chief Minister of Punjab, Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo, has passed away, according to a private news channel. His family has confirmed his death.

Mian Manzoor Wattoo belonged to Okara district of Punjab. He remained an influential political figure and served as the Chief Minister of Punjab in the past. He also held the position of Speaker of the Punjab Assembly.

During his political career, Mian Manzoor Wattoo served as Speaker of the Punjab Assembly three times and was later elected Chief Minister of Punjab in 1993.
