Foreign Diplomatic Delegation Visits LoC Sector in Chakothi, Affirms Support for Kashmiris’ Rights

Chakothi (Shoaib Mehmood): A ten-member foreign diplomatic delegation, led by Director Foreign Services Academy Nosheen Imtiaz, embarked on a significant visit to the Line of Control (LOC) sector in Chakothi. Their visit aimed to gain firsthand insights into the prevailing situation and the challenges faced by the people living in the region.

Upon their arrival, the delegation was warmly welcomed by the local Brigade Commander, who provided them with a detailed briefing on the current scenario along the control line. The Commander shed light on the continuous aggression and oppression inflicted by the Indian occupying forces on the innocent and oppressed Kashmiri population for the past 76 years.

Emphasizing the relentless brutality perpetrated by the Indian army, the Commander highlighted the atrocities endured by Kashmiris on a daily basis. Despite facing immense adversities, the resilient Kashmiri people remain steadfast in their struggle for justice and freedom.

During their interactions, members of the diplomatic delegation expressed solidarity with the Kashmiri people and reaffirmed their unwavering support for their right to self-determination. They commended the Pakistani government and the Pakistan Army for their steadfast commitment to advocating for a just and popular resolution of the Kashmir issue.

As part of their visit, the delegation also toured the Command Post, further deepening their understanding of the ground realities in the region. The visit served as a testament to the international community’s recognition of the Kashmiri people’s plight and their determination to stand in solidarity with them in their quest for freedom and justice.
