Five Frontier Corps Soldiers Martyred in Remote Bomb Blast in Balochistan

DUKI: (Web Desk) – Five personnel of the Frontier Corps were martyred after a remote-controlled bomb detonated in the Kali Bakhtiar Khan area of Tehsil Loni in Duki District, according to police officials.

Authorities said the blast targeted a vehicle carrying Frontier Corps personnel. The incident occurred when the troops were heading back to Duki after completing an operation against illegal poppy cultivation in the region.

Police officials stated that the convoy taking part in the operation also included vehicles from the police and the Anti-Terrorism Force Pakistan. Preliminary information suggests that the police and ATF vehicles had already moved past the location before the explosion took place.

Officials reported that a powerful blast occurred the moment the FC vehicle reached the area in Kali Bakhtiar Khan, resulting in the martyrdom of five security personnel on the spot.

After the attack, security forces and police immediately sealed off the area and launched an investigation. Authorities have begun collecting evidence from the blast site while further inquiries are underway to determine the nature and perpetrators of the attack.
