Zaman Caught Trying to Travel to the UK on a Malaysian Visit Visa
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) immigration unit conducted a raid at Karachi Airport, leading to the arrest of Alian Zaman, a passenger found with over 47 fake visas on his mobile phone.
PIA Flight Schedule Disrupted by Severe Weather
Zaman was caught trying to travel to the UK using a Malaysian visit visa, facilitated by an agent. He had paid a total of Rs4 million—Rs2.8 million was the agreed amount for the fraudulent visa services, with the rest paid through cash and microfinance accounts.
The FIA is actively investigating the case and pursuing action against those involved in the visa fraud operation.
