FIA Cyber Crime Wing Balochistan Cracks Down on Anti-State Propaganda
312 Social Media Accounts Blocked, 14 Inquiries Registered Against Anti-State Elements
Balochistan-(Special Correspondent)_FIA Cyber Crime Wing Balochistan has launched a crackdown on anti-state propaganda on social media. Director Imran Mahmood, appointed three months ago, has formed a special team to monitor and analyze suspicious social media accounts. Using modern technology, the team identified 924 accounts spreading anti-state content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
The accounts, including 487 Facebook, 190 TikTok, 147 Twitter, 88 Instagram, and 12 other application accounts, have been reported to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority. So far, 312 accounts have been blocked, and 14 inquiries have been registered against anti-state elements, with investigations underway. headlines plz
The FIA Cyber Crime Wing has also identified 28 social media applications that can be used for anonymous communication and propaganda. The authorities have vowed to use all resources to arrest the accused, utilizing modern technology to identify them.
