Rawalpindi: (Staff Reporter) International Women’s Day was observed nationwide today. FGEIs marked International Women’s Day with Walk for Women.
According to the source, Federal Government Educational Institutions (FGEIs) to highlight issues pertaining to provision of equal opportunities and empowerment of women and girls through innovation, technical advancement, and education in line with trends in modern day world.
As per details to highlight the importance of women’s education, a walk was organized in which school and college students, teachers and staff members participated. Moreover, FG institutions spread all over the Pakistan observed the day with greater zeal and zest to pay homage to all the women’s who have played a vital role and contributed in different walks of life for nation building
