Teachers at Federal Urdu University held a protest outside the Vice Chancellor’s office, demanding the immediate release of their salaries, which have been delayed for three months.
The protesting faculty expressed their frustration, warning that if their salaries were not released soon, they would prevent the Vice Chancellor from entering the office.
In response to the growing unrest, the Vice Chancellor’s office summoned police and Rangers to ensure order.
