WUHAN: In a heartfelt display of solidarity, Chaudhry Salik Hussain, the Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, arrived in Wuhan, China, today to honor the memory of five Chinese personnel who lost their lives in a tragic terrorist attack on March 26, 2024.

Accompanied by high-ranking government officials and representatives from the Pakistan Embassy, Minister Salik Hussain was warmly received at Wuhan airport, where a special ceremony was held to pay homage to the fallen heroes.

During the solemn occasion, Minister Salik Hussain conveyed Pakistan’s deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased, emphasizing the nation’s unwavering commitment to stand by China during this difficult time.

In a meeting with Ms. Chen Ping, Vice Governor of Hubei Province, Minister Salik Hussain expressed profound sorrow over the loss of innocent lives and reiterated Pakistan’s solemn pledge to bring the perpetrators of this heinous crime to justice.

Additionally, Minister Salik Hussain paid glowing tribute to the invaluable contributions made by the Chinese personnel towards the development and progress of Pakistan.
