Islamabad: (Staff Reporter) The federal government has appointed seasoned diplomat Dr. Asad Majeed Khan as new foreign secretary. Mr. Khan, who was serving as Pakistan’s ambassador to Belgium, has replaced Suhail Ahmed.
According to the source he had been appointed Pakistan’s ambassador to the European Union nation a few months ago. Dr. Asad Majeed Khan, presently posted as Pakistan’s Ambassador to Belgium, the European Union and Luxembourg has been appointed as the new Foreign Secretary.
